It’s quite interesting that since I’ve started with the Pilates and yoga sessions, I don’t get the hip and back pain that I used to get from riding horses, I think it’s because I’m more supple now. Next time I do stretches on the horses I’ll take a video and show you the difference from what I used to be. Thank you!
